I’m Chali, a product designer with 6+ years designing internal tools and systems for complex operational work, from monitoring tools for analysts working with dense, real-time data to the screening and review tools behind a firm’s hiring process. Most recently I rebuilt a shared design system across five products and redesigned the public site of an expert marketplace so candidates could trust it enough to apply.
I love making design systems, picking up new skills, and spending way too much on AI credit reloads.
